Our helmets are crafted through an elaborate, hands-on
manufacturing process and pass through several
specialized production stages. In total, our production
is divided into six areas: Composites, Sanding, Injection
Molding, Painting, Decoration, and Assembly.
Each of these areas requires unique craftsmanship and
highlights the importance of teamwork and mutual
support among our talented employees. We place great
value on ensuring that our people enjoy what they do.
That’s why we strive to take individual interests and
strengths into account when assigning roles within the
different production areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform assigned tasks within specific production areas.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for basic quality checks during production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Support team members to ensure daily output targets are met.
- Report defects, issues, or equipment problems to supervisors.
ELIGIBILITY
- Minimum secondary school education.
- Prior manufacturing or production experience is an advantage.

- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
